Luke and his family were part of the original CedarCreek launch team in 1995! He and his wife Sara have three children: Jackson, Asa, and Atalaya.
Over the last 20+ years at CedarCreek, Luke has served in several leadership roles in Student Ministries and NextSteps Ministries; he’s also been an Executive Pastor and a Campus Pastor. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts in December of 2004, and completed a Masters of Divinity from Winebrenner Theological Seminary in 2007.
If you were to spend some time in the Shortridge home, you would find a lot of books, Frisbees, running shoes, and Detroit sports team swag!

Going someplace new can be overwhelming, especially with kids in tow.
Pre-register your family so we can help make your first-time experience easy!
Each weekend, newborns through 4th graders learn the truth about who God is and what that means for them in a safe and fun environment through age-specific lessons, games, and small groups. Drop your children off in CedarVille with our trusted CedarCreek Kids Team!
Each weekend, middle school students (5-6th grade) meet to connect through a service and groups. 7-12th grade meet on Wednesday nights during the week. Visit our student page to find out all of the engaging opportunities we have for middle school and high school students.
