Findlay campus pastor, Chris Baney

Who Leads the Findlay Campus?

Chris Baney, Your Findlay Campus Pastor

Chris Baney is passionate about helping people in Findlay, Ohio, discover a life-changing relationship with Jesus. Born and raised in Findlay, Chris graduated from Van Buren High School and went on to plant his first church at just 18 years old while earning his degree at Bowling Green State University. Ministry has been his calling ever since.

Chris’s journey with Jesus began through his love of music, which led him to serve as a Worship Leader for four years before stepping into his current role as Campus Pastor. He brings a heart for authentic connection, spiritual growth, and community impact.

When he’s not leading at CedarCreek, you’ll find Chris enjoying golf, pickleball, grilling out, or making music. Above all, he treasures time with his wife, Ashleigh, and their two daughters, Scarlett and Isabella.

Chris is always open to conversations about marriage, fatherhood, leadership, or what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life. If you have questions or just want to connect, he’d love to hear from you!
