Director of Kids
The Director of Kids is responsible for future thinking and strategizing regarding kids and families at CedarCreek Church. They participate in conversations regarding the creation and alignment of ministry vision and translate that to kids' ministry. They cooperate cross departmentally to solve problems.
I.T. Systems Administrator
The I.T. Systems Administrator is a "boots on the ground" role that keeps our campuses connected and running, by resolving support issues, deploying secure systems, and equipping staff and volunteers. The I.T. administrator ensures technology works seamlessly behind the scenes—creating space for people to encounter Jesus and the transformational journey with Him. This role involves deploying and repairing equipment, resolving support tickets, training users, and multitasking projects, with a security-focused mindset, strong problem-solving, and great communication skills.
Director of Operations
The Director of Operations facilitates our mission of introducing people to Jesus by ensuring seamless campus operations and empowering staff and volunteers to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all. Through coordinating daily logistics and leading volunteer teams, this role fosters a community where life-changing encounters with Jesus can thrive.
Director of Groups, Outreach & DreamTeam
The Director of Groups, Outreach, & DreamTeam is responsible for directing and coordinating efforts to ensure all adults at their campus have the opportunity to engage in taking next steps. This includes but is not limited to recruiting, developing and equipping people to lead in a variety of levels and roles within their purpose and giftings. Specific next step opportunities include Baptism, GrowthTrack, Groups, Outreach, and DreamTeam (outside of CedarCreek Kids and CedarCreek Students).
Internships
The internship program is designed to train and equip the next generation of leaders for work within and beyond the walls of our church. We’re looking for energetic, self-starters who are interested in getting great hands-on experience and making a positive and lasting impact in our communities.
