Prayer Ministry

Need prayer? Click here to email a prayer request for yourself or someone you know. Worried about confidentiality? Don't be! Our prayer ministry uses first names only, of people we pray for. You can also submit a prayer request by filling out the form here. If you would like someone to pray with you in person, join us in the front of the auditorium after any service, at any campus and we will pray with you.

Hospital Visitation

Would you like us to visit you while you are in the hospital? Just call the central office in Perrysburg, 419-661-8661. Be sure to give us your name, hospital name, room number, admission date and any other pertinent information you care to share. One of our volunteers from the Hospital Visitation Ministry would love to visit you.

Weddings

Planning on getting married this year at CedarCreek Church? Please plan ahead! Contact the central office in Perrysburg, 419-661-8661 at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. Chapel availability is limited and there is a Pre-Marriage mentoring requirement for all CedarCreek weddings that takes at least two months to complete.
